Frontend Framework

Nuxt

Nuxt (also known as Nuxt.js) is a free, open-source framework for building fast websites and web applications with Vue.js. Pages are rendered on the server by default, so content reaches visitors and search engines quickly, while built-in conventions let our developers focus on features instead of setup.

  • Server-side rendering by default for fast first loads and easy indexing.
  • Server, static and client-side rendering in one site.
  • Built-in tools for page titles, meta descriptions and social previews.
  • Code split automatically into smaller, lighter chunks.
  • Modules that add new features and third-party integrations.
  • Free, open source and deployable on almost any host.
Why Choose Nuxt
  • Corporate and marketing websites where search visibility matters.
  • Content-heavy sites with many pages, articles or reports.
  • Frontends for a headless CMS such as Strapi or Drupal.
  • Portals that mix public pages with logged-in areas.
  • Online stores with product pages built for search.

Mix, Match and Build

Most websites run on more than one technology. Here’s how common project needs map to the right web development stack, and how each piece works with the others.

Project NeedRecommended StackWhy It Fits

FAQs

Still curious? Unravel the answers, one slice at a time.

  • Nuxt is a framework built on Vue.js for creating websites and web applications. It handles the pages visitors see and interact with, while a connected content management system can handle publishing. We use it for custom corporate websites, content-rich sites and applications that need more than a standard template.

  • Choose Nuxt when you need a highly customised website interface, content shared across different channels, or features connected to business systems. A conventional CMS website may be simpler when your main need is publishing standard pages with familiar themes and plugins. Nuxt adds a separate website layer to maintain, so it should solve a real requirement rather than add complexity for its own sake.

  • Yes, when it is connected to a CMS. Your team can manage agreed content such as pages, articles, images and product information through the CMS, without editing code. Nuxt itself is not a content editor. We define the editable fields and reusable page sections during planning; new layouts or features may still need development.

  • Yes. Nuxt can deliver page content as ready-to-read HTML, rather than relying entirely on JavaScript running in the visitor's browser. This provides a useful foundation for search engines to access public pages. The site still needs useful content, accurate metadata, clear internal links and sound technical setup. Nuxt alone does not guarantee indexing, higher rankings or a particular loading speed.

  • Yes. For example, Strapi can manage website content while Nuxt displays it, and Laravel can handle accounts, data and business rules behind a Nuxt interface. Existing systems can connect through suitable APIs, which let applications exchange data. We check the available data, access permissions and update requirements before agreeing the integration scope.

  • Yes. Content migration can be included in the project. We identify the pages, images and other records to retain, then map them to the new CMS and website structure. Existing URLs should be preserved where practical; changed URLs need relevant redirects. Content, forms and important user journeys must be checked before the old site is retired.
