Project Team Hybrid Full-time
The Work
- Coordinate designers, developers and content contributors, keeping tasks, deadlines and responsibilities clear.
- Turn client discussions into clear actions and follow them through with the project team.
- Keep clients updated on progress, outstanding items and decisions needed.
- Check websites against the approved design and content, and follow up on issues before launch.
- Prepare monthly website performance reports using Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.
At Manager Level
You’ll also take responsibility for:
- Agreeing project scope, schedules and budgets with sales, design and development.
- Leading client discussions about changes, costs and delivery risks.
- Monitoring project hours and profitability, resolving delivery problems and guiding coordinators.
What We Look For
- Coordinator level: a diploma or degree in business, management, communications, IT or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience coordinating projects, client accounts or operations.
- Manager level: at least three years managing website, software or digital projects, ideally in an agency, with experience delivering websites using a content management system such as WordPress or Drupal.
- Clear written and spoken English. Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is helpful for client communication.
