UI/UX Designer

• Design website layouts, mock-ups, interactive prototypes and reusable components in Figma.
• Present designs to clients, explain your decisions and refine the work using their feedback.
• Maintain shared styles and components so each website stays consistent.
• Prepare clear design handovers and work with developers during the build.
• Check the finished website against the approved design before launch.

At Senior Level

• Lead design on larger website projects, including client workshops and design reviews.
• Set design standards, review work and mentor designers and interns.
• Help define the design scope and approach for client proposals.

• At least one year of website or digital product design experience, with a portfolio showing your contribution.
• Practical Figma skills, including auto layout, components, variables and prototypes.
• Clear English for client discussions and presentations. Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is a plus.
• An existing right to work in Malaysia.
• For senior-level applicants: at least five years of relevant experience, including leading website design projects, with a working understanding of HTML and CSS.

• Explaining design decisions through user needs, content and evidence.
• Designing with realistic text, images and page content.
• Balancing design quality with development time and budget.
• Using feedback to improve the work and collaborating constructively.
• Using AI design tools critically and checking the result.

• Hybrid working: work from home on Mondays and from our Puchong office Tuesday to Friday, with flexible start times between 7am and 10am.
