About the Project
Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) is the Malaysian government agency under the Ministry of Higher Education (KPT) responsible for promoting Malaysia as a study destination and supporting international students throughout their journey here. EMGS needed its own corporate platform to guide those students through admissions and visa applications.
Two further initiatives grew out of that same client relationship: ASEAN GEMS, a scholarship-matching platform for students across the ASEAN region, built by EMGS ahead of Malaysia's 2026 ASEAN chairmanship; and Edutourism, a joint initiative between Tourism Malaysia, KPT and EMGS blending education with travel for shorter, experience-led study.
