Cagamas Berhad

Cagamas Berhad, the National Mortgage Corporation of Malaysia, required a connected ecosystem of websites rather than a single platform. Each website serves an audience with distinct needs, including investors, financial institutions, stakeholders and senior homeowners.

We designed and developed four platforms: a corporate website and Annual Report microsite that provide structured access to corporate information and financial disclosures, as well as two product microsites—SSB and SSBT—that explain retirement financing solutions in clearer, more approachable language.

One of the main design challenges was presenting unfamiliar and complex financial products in a way that senior homeowners could understand confidently. The SSB and SSBT websites use calculators, clear eligibility information, guided application journeys and accessible content presentation to make the decision-making process easier.

Meanwhile, the corporate and Annual Report websites focus on credibility, transparency and structured navigation, enabling investors and other stakeholders to locate important information efficiently.

Across all four platforms, the objective remained consistent: to shape each digital experience around the needs of its intended audience—from an investor reviewing financial performance to a senior homeowner exploring ways to unlock the value of their property.
