UDA Holdings Berhad required a connected digital ecosystem to represent the different areas of its business. The websites serve a broad range of audiences, including homebuyers, tenants, hotel guests, business owners, corporate clients and members of the public.

We designed and developed five platforms: the UDA Holdings corporate website, UDA Property, UDA Malls, UDA Dayaurus and AnCasa Hotels & Resorts. Each platform has its own purpose and content structure while remaining connected to the wider UDA brand.

The main challenge was presenting businesses as different as property development, retail management, hospitality and facility management under one recognisable group identity. Each website therefore needed to communicate its services clearly without losing the character of its individual business.

The corporate website introduces UDA’s history, direction and business divisions, while the supporting websites provide more focused experiences. UDA Property helps buyers explore developments, UDA Malls connects visitors and tenants with its property portfolio, AnCasa supports travel planning, and UDA Dayaurus presents specialised facility management capabilities.

Across all five platforms, the objective remained consistent: to make UDA’s diverse businesses easier to understand and engage with, whether someone is searching for a home, planning a hotel stay, exploring a retail opportunity or evaluating a facility management partner.
