We have talked to one of our email customer yesterday about their email problem. One thing we firmly believe is the importance of sitting down with our customer and solve their problem, big or small.

In short, the customer has problem with limited bandwidth, restriction of number of outgoing email and Spam problem. Since it is a real estate company, they need to find the solution to reduce the email cost as well since they have about 150 agents using their email services.

Various approaches are proposed on the spot. Finally, we have decided to leverage on Gmail's intuitive webmail and email performance. We turn all agents to use Gmail. To strengthen the brand name of customer, email Alias and Gmail's Identity features are introduced.
